Corrections & responses

Residents, management, owners, vendors, and other affected people may challenge a record, submit evidence, or provide a response.

How to request a correction

  1. Identify the page or record.
  2. State exactly what is inaccurate or misleading.
  3. Provide supporting documents or a reliable source when available.
  4. Explain the correction you believe should be made.

What happens next

The challenged material may be marked as disputed while it is reviewed. Material will be corrected, clarified, generalized, or removed when the available evidence supports that action.

Management responses

Substantive responses from property management or ownership may be published next to the relevant resident report. Responses may be edited for length, privacy, formatting, and removal of unsupported personal accusations, but not to change their meaning.

No pay-for-removal policy

Publication decisions are based on accuracy, relevance, privacy, and evidence. The site does not accept payment, rent credits, repairs, lease terms, or any other consideration in exchange for publishing, not publishing, altering, or removing information.
